Specializing in child and family photography, I use a combination of lifestyle and fine art approaches to create unique, heirloom quality images. My photography is all about celebrating the beauty of childhood and parenthood. The look of wonder in a child’s eyes while exploring outside, the way a shy toddler snuggles up to his mama, the little mundane moments of daily life…those are the things that light me up! Natural moments and emotion, but within a planned setting. I carefully use natural light, color theory, and the environment to showcase the beauty of your family and turn your moments into works of art.
I believe that childhood is the most beautiful, magical time, and capturing it is my passion.
I’ve always loved working with kids. I’m the oldest of four girls, and have a background as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. I also am a creative at heart. I’ve had artistic hobbies for as long as I can remember, but becoming a mom is what really led me to pursue photography. I fell in love with capturing my daughter’s childhood and documenting our days in a special way, with images that will last forever. It wasn’t long until this little business of mine was born and I began doing the same for other families, too! I now am a Click Pro Elite and member of the National Association of Portrait & Child Photographers. I would love to capture your beautiful family.
